Some materials on the PIA website are for PIA members only. Access to these materials requires registration. If you are a PIA member and have not registered for members-only materials, click here. Frequently asked questions about the registration process are summarized below.
What is my username?
A username is a name accepted to access a computer system. To enter members-only portions of the PIA website, you will have to create a username and a password. Your username is the email address you use when you register.
What is my password?
A password authorizes your access to information on a computer system. Your password must contain at least one letter (either uppercase or lowercase), one number, and cannot be smaller than 8 characters long. It also may not contain the literal word “password”.
What if my username or password doesn’t work when entered?
Check caps lock is NOT on. Try again. If it is still not working, you can reset your password.
Is it okay to use the numbers on the right-hand keypad of my keyboard for my username and password?
Yes, it is acceptable to use both. But, remember to always have the “num lock” key on when doing so.
What if I forgot my username or password?
