This 3-hour course provides an overview of cyber exposure and insurance solutions in today's market. It covers first- and third-party risks associated with e-business, the Internet, networks, and informational assets. The course includes foundation knowledge on why cyber coverage is necessary, laws related to cyber liability, recent cyber claims, insurance policies and endorsements available, and data breach scenarios. It also reviews ISO coverage forms and provides a general discussion on data privacy, risk management services, and determining limits for coverage.
